When you turn up your music player and a contemporary afro-centric gospel groove with a faith-lifting message fills your ears with pure joy, then literally, you know you’ve got Peace. And yes! That’s my name, Peace Ige, and I can’t thank God enough for using me as a vessel to write and birth the life-changing Song; our God is able.
Music runs in my very blood and veins, I see beauty and music in everything and even though I am a licensed, certified and registered Cardiovascular Nurse and Biochemist, I know I have been anointed to bring healing not only to the body but to the spirits and souls of people through the instrumentality of my voice.
‘Our God is Able’ is a song born out of prayer, and has a vast number of testimonies to its credit right from the day it was composed. Even as the writer and singer of this God-focused song, I have been blessed and so are my friends and family whom I have shared it with from the onset of its birth.
This is why I am confident that everyone who will listen and key into the covenant of this heavenly-inspired song will receive their miracles. (2 Corinthians 9:8) I’d like to say a big thank you to God almighty, my boys Femi and Phillip for their love and support. My parents; Pastor Emmanuel and Funke Olorunwa. My siblings, nieces and nephews.
My spiritual parents; Pastor Segun and Tosin Odupitan, Pastors Akin and Bunor Tella. I can’t thank my producer enough, Dare David of the D’vibe Concept and the voices behind this great project.
My profound gratitude to my friend and brother, Samson Pelemoh and the beazyn group for their tremendous efforts in making this project a success, also to Wale Ajibike and Abiola Richard. My entire friends and family thank you all.
